Evelyne, right, developed a fistula while in labor on the side of a road while trying to reach the hospital.

She has a fistula since she gave birth the second time, when, on the way to the hospital, she couldn’t hold anymore and the child was born on the side of the road. Probably the person who was accompanying her didn’t know how to protect the perineum and that is the cause of the recto-vaginal fistuala. The operation at Urumuri will be successful.
