Twins Manara and Umra, four months old, are treated for malnutrition at the Ahmed Shah Baba hospital in Kabul, Afghanistan. The mother, Lagh Lal Agha, 28, has stayed at the hospital for seven days to get the babies to good health but her husband forced her to leave in order to take care of their seven other children living in an Internally Displaced Camp just outside of Kabul.
