Chantal had two previous Caesarian sections and it would be dangerous for her to deliver vaginally this time.
Chantal, a 20 years old Burundian woman with a risk of premature delivery is taken from the Kabezi State Hospital to MSF Hospital. MSF staff will try to postpone her delivery in order to let the foetus develop a bit longer but later in the day Chantal will undergo a cesarian du to the suffering of the child.
